The connection to the sewerage network in the operation area of the service company can happen two different ways. On the one hand, through a connection pipeline having implemented by the applicant / customer, or, on the other hand, through the connection to a connecting pipeline built during the implementation of the main network. For the first version, the customer receives an application form from Nyírségvíz, that shall be fulfilled, and submitted with the proper planning documentation of the connection towards Nyírségvíz (or, if the construction has been already implemented, the customer requests through another kind of application form for approval / putting into operation). The concerned employee of the waterworks company checks, if the application for is filled out correctly, and determines the date of approval, that shall be decided in 15 days, considering the valid laws. The building of the connection pipeline shall be having implemented, and that’s fact shall be announced towards the customer service. In eight days after the announcement, the service company checks the result (technical supervision). An invoice about the technical supervision shall be issued and paid locally. If the applicant is a legal /economical entity, the process concerning the public utility contribution is the same as described in „drinking-water connection”.
Connection to sewerage network – Registration
Based on the result of the survey, the approval shall be noted on one of the special process forms.
Subsequently discovered connections
The process for subsequently discovered connections is the same as the previously described one, if the equipment agrees the technical prescriptions. In this case, the approval of the service company can be purchased subsequently.

If the built equipment is not acceptable, the consumer will be obliged by the official notary to dismount the equipment made without the approval of the service company; or to transform it, if this would make the equipment technically acceptable, and this has been approved by the service company.
